ForeCast 10 May

Please join us for this week’s ForeCast livestream service at 10:25 on Sunday morning by clicking this link: https://youtu.be/_ZjTfDIzpTg
The service will be led by Jane, with David continuing our new series on the Letter to the Ephesians. Do read the passage in advance – it’s Ephesians 1:15-23. If you want to be reminded about the background to the book, take another look at the “Ephesians Video Leaflet” which our 180 youth presented last week. There will be plenty of contributions from other people during the service. And we will have a brief period of open prayer – you can either pray at home, or drop short prayers in the YouTube chat for others to add their “Amen” to.

As always, we encourage you to join in with some worship songs before ForeCast starts. Here are some relevant suggestions for this week’s service. (If you want a longer worship time, all our past recommendations are listed on our Forefront website COVID-19 page.)

First up, if you have children, here are a couple of songs to get them singing and burning off some energy (also recommended for adults who need to be energised):
Every Move I Make (CJ and Friends, choreographed by Nuo Liu) 3’19”
Follow You (Calvary Kids) 3’33”
Note also, a new song for children called “Stay Safe”, 2’46”, written by an 8-year-old girl called Amy, which encourages people to stay safe and look to God, has been produced with songwriter and Counties Cambridgeshire evangelist John Hardwick.
,
And for the adults:
O Come to the Altar (Fortick, Brown, Joye and Brock) 5’50”
Only Jesus (Casting Crowns) 3’50”
Oceans ( Crocker, Houston and Ligthelm  ) 4’31”
This is Amazing Grace (Phil Wickham) 4’39”
Louder (Matt Redman) 4’02”
In line with our passage this week, we pray, may give us all the Spirit of wisdom and revelation, so that we may know him better.
