This week, we looked at the story of the disciples being confused and afraid after Jesus left them. Waiting and praying…but not being quite sure what they were waiting for. Then it happened – the Holy Spirit came like fire that did not burn. To live in them, make them bold and heal broken hearts.
The children made some fun flames to fly off a straw which I’m sure everyone enjoyed being demonstrated later in the service! They also made flames that could represent a dove.
