This week we reached the end of the Old Testament! We learned how God brought back the people from slavery (again), and how the people started to feel really sad when the law was read to them and they realised how badly they’d messed things up. Ezra reminded them of how much God loved them, and the way he’d looked after his people for hundreds of years, bringing them through lots of difficult times. They celebrated with a week-long party!
We joined the celebrations by making party hats and playing some fun party games!
