What’s going on in the Centre?
It’s hard to miss our colourful building brightening up Fore Street in Chard. We run a range of regular activities aimed at supporting the local community’s needs and providing a welcoming environment for all! We are open every day between 10.30-12.30, so pop in and say hello.
Join us for
Coffee mornings
A lovely cup of coffee or tea, company and a chat. Run twice a week.
Growing Together
Support group for young parents on Fridays (under 21 years old).
Lord’s Larder
Providing emergency food supplies for people in need.
Citizen’s Advice Somerset
Available for appointments (Tues) and community access point (Wed, 10am-1pm).
SDAS
Providing a hub for Chard on Tuesdays.
English Conversation class
Help people with English as a second language to practice their conversation skills.
