On Sunday, David explored Romans 6 with the theme Dead to Sin. Alive to Christ. The chapter describes the new status or relationship that someone enjoys when they come to faith in Christ. They are called to turn their back on (die to) their old life and come alive in Christ. Their sinful nature is no longer to enslave and control them but rather their lives are given to the Lordship of Christ.
